These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mtgbrew.ai and the connected MTGBrew app. By using MTGBrew, you agree to these Terms. Last updated: October 18, 2026.
The service
MTGBrew provides an AI-powered Magic: The Gathering deck builder, a Scryfall-powered card database, collection tracking, and learning content. Features are launching in the connected app and may change as we develop the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use MTGBrew.
Memberships and credits
MTGBrew offers Free, Pro ($9.99/month), and Ultimate ($19.99/month) memberships, plus credit packs starting at $0.60 per credit (stepping down to $0.48 per credit at 100 credits). All payments are processed securely by ClickBank, our payment processor and merchant of record. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled; credits never expire.
Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or use it for unlawful purposes. AI-generated deck lists are suggestions — always verify legality and card choices for your format before an event.
Affiliates
Our affiliate program is operated through ClickBank. Affiliates earn 75% of a referred member’s first 3 months, then 25% lifetime on memberships and 10% on credit packs, as described on our Affiliates page. Fraudulent referrals will be removed.
Intellectual property
MTGBrew’s branding, content, and software are our property. Magic: The Gathering card data is provided courtesy of Scryfall; card names and imagery belong to their respective owners. This is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast.
Changes
We may update these MTGBrew terms of service from time to time. Continued use of MTGBrew after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Questions? Contact us.
